Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. This 10-15 hour per week position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, sales, and coordination within a faith-driven environment. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing and promoting events, developing sales strategies, and supporting various initiatives aimed at expanding our outreach and impact.

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
? Assist in planning and organizing virtual and in-person events, including workshops, seminars, and community gatherings.
? Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
? Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and event communications.
? Maintain event calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
? Provide on-site or virtual event support, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.

Sales Support:
? Develop and implement sales strategies to promote events and increase participation.
? Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, partners, and donors.
? Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
? Track and report on sales and sponsorship activities, providing regular updates to the team.
? Maintain and update sales databases and contact lists.

General Support:
? Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
? Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
? Conduct research and analysis to support event planning and sales activities.
? Assist in managing social media accounts and updating the organization's website with event information.

Qualifications:
? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
? Commitment to the mission and values of CPNWF and a strong desire to contribute to a faith-based organization.
? Previous experience in event planning, sales, or customer service
