What You’ll Do You will make outbound calls to real estate agents in the United States with one goal: ➡️ Book qualified appointments for our sales team. We provide the dialer, the script, the training, and everything you need to succeed. Requirements We keep it simple: B2 English or better (clear and professional) No experience required — we train you Average: 100 calls/day No stuttering Stable internet Quiet workspace Self-motivated & consistent Comfortable with high-volume dialing Neutral accent is a plus, not required Compensation This role is 100% commission-based — but the upside is BIG. Earn 10% commission per closed deal Deals usually range between $2,000 and $15,000/month, meaning: You earn $200–$1,500 per deal you set Set 5 appointments/month that close → $1,000–$5,000/month Top performers setting 10+ → $2,000–$10,000+/month There is no cap on your earning potential.
