You’ll work independently to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.Responsibilities Promote and sell WeatherXM’s hyperlocal weather data services. Identify and contact local businesses or organizations that would benefit from accurate weather data. Educate prospects about our value, build interest, and help close deals. Work independently while receiving guidance and support from our central team. Use a simple CRM tool to track activity and leads.Requirements Some experience in sales, customer service, call centers, field sales, or other people-facing roles. Confident speaking to people and explaining product benefits. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. Fluent in English and based in any African country. Reliable internet access and access to a mobile or computer. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience selling tech, agricultural, or weather-related products. Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs. Background in startups or remote work environments. Benefits This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary—but unlimited earning potential. Earn: 15% commission for qualified lead generation.
