Commission-Based Remote Internship – Wholesale Real Estate

We focus on sourcing and structuring off-market property deals across the tri-state area and beyond.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, fully remote role focused on lead generation, relationship-building, and property acquisition in the wholesale real estate market. You’ll work directly with senior team members and gain invaluable experience in real estate investment, negotiation, and client management.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with property owners, investors, and leads
• Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs for senior brokers
• Maintain organized notes and track all communication in our CRM system
• Assist in identifying wholesale property opportunities across the tri-state area
• Participate in weekly strategy calls and deal reviews
• Conduct market research and basic property valuation tasks as needed
Compensation:
This is a commission-based internship. You’ll earn a percentage from deals you help source, set, or support. The experience is ideal for those looking to break into real estate, gain real-world experience, and grow their professional network.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable note-taker
• Interest in real estate, sales, or investment preferred
• Available 20–25 hours per week
• Access to a reliable internet connection and phone
