What You Will Do:

Creating a shopping environment that is well-organized and tidy is another important task. This includes ensuring the store is clean and tidy, products are fully stocked, and displays are attractive and easy to navigate:
• Greeting customers with a cordial demeanor at Lowe's, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued, and helping them identify the materials they need for their home improvement project.

They are responsible for assisting the customers in finding the right product, verifying the accurate pricing, providing precise quotes, and ensuring that the customer's every need is fulfilled. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for the Commercial Sales Associate throughout the entire purchasing process. Travel Requirements:

The job at hand does not entail frequent travel, but there may arise a need for travel occasionally, mainly for attending meetings, training sessions, or to lend a hand to nearby stores.

In addition, we're searching for individuals who possess a certain level of expertise in their field. This could be in the form of a degree, certification, or relevant experience. We're seeking people who are knowledgeable in their particular area and can bring new ideas and perspectives to the table:
• This position is categorized into either Hourly Full Time or Hourly Part Time, wherein schedules are set at 39 to 40 hours, or up to 25 hours per week, correspondingly. Nevertheless, the store's demands may dictate the need for more hours.
• The ideal candidate must be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening, every day of the week.
• Adequate physical aptitude required to execute duties that demand continuous sitting, standing, and other physical activities.
• In stores with Greeter departments, CSAs are required to have the capability of lifting at least 10 pounds unaided and may lift more than 10 pounds with or without help.
• To be eligible to work as a CSA in any department except the Greeter department, it is mandatory to have the capacity of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds of weight unassisted, and the ability to lift more than 25 pounds with or without help.

There are key components to success that one must possess in order to reach their goals:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Six months of practical usage of a computer, entailing skills such as inputting, retrieving, editing, and presenting data.
• For a period of 6 months, I had the privilege of working with smartphones and tablets that are commonly used in the retail industry.
• The ability to secure licensure or registration related to sales may be a legal requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:
• With a refined skillset acquired over 6 months in sales, I am adept at assessing customer requirements and proposing the most appropriate solutions. My capabilities encompass persuasively selling a gamut of items, such as credit cards, installations, add-ons, and elucidating the advantages of warranties and product features.
• In six months' time, I've honed my ability to excel in retail service and customer care. My strengths entail skillfully resolving any difficulties customers may have, guiding them to the products they're seeking, warmly welcoming them into the store, promptly answering phone calls, establishing positive customer relationships, and expressing appreciation for their patronage.
• Being bilingual can come in handy if the store caters to a multicultural clientele.
• Obtaining a certification in trade-related departments like electrical or lawn and garden can increase one's employability and earning potential.
