Commercial Roofer / Crane Operator

Join a team that values tradition, craftsmanship, and client trust.This hybrid role is ideal for a skilled Commercial Roofer who brings additional value with experience operating cranes and holding a valid CDL. You'll be responsible for a variety of on-site construction tasks while supporting transportation and heavy equipment operations.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs and metal roofs.Safely operate cranes for material hoisting, equipment staging, and rooftop lifting in coordination with roofing operationsDrive and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites using CDL-class vehiclesCollaborate with team members to ensure project safety, efficiency, and quality standards are metComply with all OSHA safety standards, local building codes, and DOT transportation regulationsExperience & Qualifications:Proven experience as a commercial roofer or in a related construction fieldProficiency in crane operation (NCCCO or NCCER certification)Valid Class A or B CDL license with a clean driving recordExperience in the installation of TPO, PVC, and EPDM roof systemsStrong awareness of safety protocols in roofing and crane/vehicle operationPhysical stamina to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment for extended periodsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanshipDiversity matters.
