Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Realtor at Alexandrian Partners. The Commercial Realtor will be responsible for managing commercial real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, representing clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. Additional responsibilities include networking with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with brokerage teams to develop strategies for property marketing and sales.
Qualifications
• Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills
• Possession of a Real Estate License
• Brokerage and Real Estate Sales experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in commercial property market analysis is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
