Your Responsibilities:

• Complete our comprehensive training to acquire essential skills and knowledge for excellent customer service.
• Uphold safety standards in all tasks.
• Follow a designated route schedule, ensuring timely and safe service to each client.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in your company vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide valuable solutions for each customer, employing empathy to understand their needs.
• Engage with customers to explain your services, ensure their satisfaction, and recommend additional pest management services.
• Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior properties—training provided!
• Utilize handheld devices for accurate service documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience needed; we provide the necessary training!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Willingness to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company covered).
• Ability to work independently in the field, managing appointments and fostering client relationships.

Physical Work Environment:

Candidates should be prepared to meet physical job requirements:

• Safely use ladders within weight limits.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access elevated or confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Be adaptable to varying weather conditions.
