Commercial Litigation Associate – Primarily remote work
Our client a boutique law firm located in Burnaby, is searching for an outgoing and results-driven lawyer to join their seasoned team of professionals. This newly created role for an Associate is the perfect way to cement your career in a professional, team environment. This position is primarily remote, with minimal on-site requirements. This firm is a full-service law firm who prides themselves on their dedication and loyalty to their clients. Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients • Advocate for clients in court and ADR • Collaborate with other co-workers to meet the needs of the clients The ideal candidate will have: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial litigation • Law degree from an accredited Canadian Law school and must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia • Excellent drafting and communication skills • Confident at engaging and interacting with clients.
