Commercial Legal Specialist (Contracts & Business Agreements)

Your day-to-day impact: • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable EBANX to provide its services, grow, and innovate in Latin America. • Interacting with ebankers from various countries and teams, including senior leadership. Must-haves to shine in this role: • Be a licensed lawyer; • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts; • Strong organizational skills; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Fluency in Spanish and English. Bonus points if you have: • Experience in the payments industry; • Experience with contracts involving financial institutions; • Experience working in technology companies.
