Join our team and contribute to our success!INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIESDrive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales areaManage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share-of-walletFoster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channelsFocus on high potential customers for individual visits prepare, plan and post work of customer visit​sPromote and focus on application based sellingPosition Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultantHandle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c, actively manage margin​Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact schemeAnalyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channelsRegularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgetsSHARED ACCOUNTABILITIESRoll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand​Plan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager)Support sales team (sales reps; alt.
