What You'll Do
Handle warm, inbound leads and conduct consultative sales conversations.
Educate small and mid-sized business owners on their coverage options.
Sell commercial products: General Liability, BOP, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella, and more.
Develop and manage a personal pipeline to meet individual sales goals.
Document conversations and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Partner with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
What You Bring
2+ year of sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred).
Active P&C license (required for hire).
Understanding or interest in commercial lines insurance.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
CRM/sales platform experience (e.g., Salesforce).
Bank Knowledge a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
