Requirements
• Able to pivot quickly
• Solutions oriented
• Humble and coachable attitude
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Personal desktop or laptop computer and quality headset
• Exemplary organizational and communication skills
• Time management
Responsibilities
• Prospect for new clients by calling hot leads
• Set/Transfer appointments and live calls to sales producers
• Handle initial objections and create interest
• Ability to adapt/navigate quoting systems
• Insurance licensing is not required as this is an entry-level position
