Its design incorporates extensive research into best practices in building and workplace design through extensive benchmarking of the world's top academic, research, and corporate facilities.Learn more about what we do in Houston .What role you will play in our teamLaunch new CCS businesses by delivering definitive agreements in the low carbon space including CCS, hydrogen and low carbon fuels.What you will doDeliver industry-leading customer experienceActivate tangible new low carbon businessesSpark innovation in Carbon Capture Storage business development to accelerate learnings & business resultsStructure and deliver definitive deals advancing the Exxon Mobil Corporate objectives in leading the energy transition.Drive value by developing and implementing the commercial strategy. expected to push and stretch the organization's boundariesLead cross functional commercial & technical business team spearheading internal alignment and coordinationAdapt existing and create new commercial structures exceeding internal and external stakeholder needs & interestsAbout youSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering or financial disciplineMinimum 10 years' experience in financial, commercial, and/or business development roles in EnergyDemonstrated ability to conclude definitive agreements at a Corporate levelExpert knowledge of long-term upstream, midstream, product and / or transportation agreements in oil & gas or a related industry.Deep familiarity with project investment evaluationStrong analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications/ ExperienceMasters Degree in business or financeExperience in obtaining Board level approval for complex inorganic transactionsExperience developing and finalizing definitive long-term agreementsStrong communication, coordination, and collaboration skillsDemonstrated interest in energy transition business areasYour benefitsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
