Commercial Collections Specialist
NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an international manufacturer based in Lewisville, Texas seeking a Commercial Collections Specialist to join their team on a 4-month contract basis. This is a special project to clean up aging accounts. This role is contract only.
The Ideal Commercial Collector will have:
4+ years of commercial collections experience
Experience managing an extensive portfolio of clients
Ability to work with clients to find solutions to remedy past-due accounts with a client-first mentality
Experience notating accounts thoroughly and accurately to ensure smooth operations in the credit and collections area
Ability to secure promise-to-pay or other payment arrangements to resolve the delinquency
Experience working in collections systems, MS Excel, and other MS Office Applications
