What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones and respond to basic customer inquiries
- Process calls while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
- Record calls, process requests, and update account history with accurate documentation
- Distribute incoming emails for multiple clients in accordance with established SLAs
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to address customer service issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of two years of customer service and telephone experience
- Experience with computer software and telephone technology
- Experience in commercial credit card support and fraud monitoring
- Ability to handle sensitive information with great verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
- Strong typing and data entry skills
