Location: Remote What You'll Do: Collaborate Creatively: Work and integrate feedback with the creative team to execute the post-production vision for compelling video content for performance ads. Daily Editing: Assemble, edit, and refine high-quality video footage daily for various digital platforms, ensuring all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Expert Color Correction & Grading: Perform detailed color correction and creative color grading to maintain and elevate video quality, mood, and consistency across all projects. Content Management: Upload and manage video content across various platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimal performance. Use of Technology: Utilize industry-leading editing and color grading software (like DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce visually stunning and engaging videos. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, color grading, and performance advertising. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines. Organized Workflow: Maintain and organize video files, projects, and assets in a streamlined manner. Background & Skills: Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in video editing and color correction, with a strong portfolio showcasing performance ads. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and expert-level proficiency in color correction software, especially DaVinci Resolve. Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Bonus Skills: Experience with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
