• Forge meaningful connections across the academic ecosystem - from curious students to influential faculty
• Orchestrate a talent pipeline that turns promising conversations into powerful opportunities
• Navigate between Austin, Stanford, and MIT as you build your network of future tech leaders

• Watching the clock in a cubicle (your office is the whole campus!)
• Following the conventional Monday-Friday routine (because great opportunities don't stick to a schedule)
• Hidden behind email threads (you'll be front and center, where the action is)
College Recruiter Key Responsibilities
Your Mission: Pioneer a revolutionary talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and inspiring 100 exceptional CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT through immersive campus experiences and authentic relationship cultivation.
Basic Requirements
• Proven track record of at least 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions, demonstrating exceptional candidate engagement
• History of crushing recruitment targets and exceeding engagement metrics
• Portfolio showcasing successful, creative recruitment events that left lasting impressions
• Expert-level project management skills with quantifiable achievements
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
• Ready to call Austin, TX your home base
• Embrace a travel-intensive lifestyle (up to 75% during peak seasons: January-May, August-November)
