Data cleaning
Processing, and analysis;
Regular meetings with the PI to discuss
Progress and future directions; quarterly presentations to the Silverman lab and potential presentations at conferences and symposia depending on progress.
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:Successful applicants will have a strong math background whichincludes linear algebra, multivariate calculus, probability theory,and statistics; strong coding skills with familiarity with python and or the R programming languages. * 10-20 Hours per weekCompensation:The starting rate for this job is $15.00BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICSPursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
