Responsibilities
Ā Design and implement a comprehensive college access strategy for first-generation college students.

Ā Create outreach and engagement frameworks to encourage students to give back to their original school districts.

Ā Identify and recruit first-generation college students through targeted outreach.

Ā Build relationships with school counselors, administrators, and community leaders.

Ā Establish partnerships with local school districts and community organizations.

Ā Create tailored support resources and professional development opportunities for students.
Requirements
Ā Minimum 3-5 years of experience in educational access, student support, or community engagement.

Ā Demonstrated success in working with first-generation college students.

Ā Strong understanding of educational equity challenges.

Ā Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ā Proven ability to design and implement innovative educational programs.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
