Collections Associate

LendNation is currently seeking qualified individuals for a Collections Associate position. The role involves collecting on delinquent and defaulted loans while ensuring compliance with company and legal policies, and providing excellent service to customers. Responsibilities Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure Maintain and provide excellent service and superior experience for all Skills Minimum one year of collections experience Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Extensive product, system, process and site knowledge Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position Additional call center experience is a plus Some college preferred Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Company Overview LendNation provides financial services and credit solutions to customers.It was founded in 1984, and is headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
