Our integrated SaaS platform includes Electronic Health Record (EHR), Third-Party Administrator (TPA) financial services, and care coordination solutions, designed to help PACE programs optimize workflows, strengthen compliance, and enhance overall center operations.We serve PACE, Government agencies (state-based units of Aging, Adult Protective Services, and Local Area Agencies on Aging), and community-based organizations.Job OverviewThe Account Executive is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding revenue within existing EHR clients by driving contract value growth across TPA solutions, Collabrios Intelligence, the HomeCare App, and future product offerings. This role is responsible for the strategic growth and ongoing oversight of assigned accounts, strengthening client relationships and positioning Collabriosâ platform as a trusted partner for growth, compliance, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires consultative selling, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence both operational leaders and external consultants supporting PACE programs.Key Responsibilities Client Growth & UpsellingExpand annual contract value within existing EHR clients by promoting adoption of Collabrios Intelligence, HomeCare App, and future product offerings, driving increased ARRConsultant EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with client consultants to reinforce Collabrios as a preferred technology partner and support account growth and retentionStrategic Account PlanningLead account strategy and execution to drive expansion and reduce retention riskLead QBRs and participate in MBRs in partnership with Client Success Managers to align on performance and growth opportunitiesRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with clinical, operational, and financial leaders within client organizationsSolution ExpansionCommunicate the operational, compliance, and financial value of Collabriosâ platform through targeted product demonstrations that support expansion decisionsContract Growth & NegotiationLead proposal development and contract expansion discussions aligned with client needs and company objectivesForecasting & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate, real-time updates of account activity and expansion opportunities in Salesforce, aligned with pipeline stages and reporting expectationsMarket RepresentationRepresent Collabrios at PACE conferences, client forums, and industry events to strengthen market presence and support new opportunities
Requirements
What You Bring7+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sales, with experience working with or within Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and a strong understanding of claims payment workflowsExperience expanding existing client accounts; background in EHR, TPA, and healthcare SaaS requiredStrong understanding of PACE program operations, compliance requirements, and funding modelsDemonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including executive, clinical, financial, and operational leadersTrack record of meeting or exceeding quota in long-cycle, competitive environmentsSkilled in strategic account management, relationship building, and solution expansionProficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft)Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsWillingness to travel for client engagement and industry eventsBachelorâs degree preferredWhat We OfferAt Collabrios Health, weâre committed to fostering a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and ability to make a meaningful impact.
