Collaborative Physician
In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) while supporting our mission to deliver high quality care across multiple states.
Description
Essential Responsibilities:
⢠Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across multiple states
⢠Review and approve clinical protocols and practice guidelines
⢠Participate in regular chart reviews and quality assurance activities
⢠Ensure compliance with state-specific supervision requirements
⢠Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and care escalations
⢠Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical workflows
⢠Participate in provider education and professional development initiatives
⢠Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations and quality metrics
⢠Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
⢠MD/DO with current, active licenses in multiple states (IMLC participation preferred)
⢠Active unrestricted licensed in one of the following states: GA, SC, CA, MS
⢠Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience required
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Ability to work flexibly across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Experience with digital health platforms
⢠Prior leadership roles in clinical operations
⢠Background in quality improvement initiatives
⢠Familiarity with MSO/PC models
⢠Experience developing clinical protocols
⢠Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare
⢠Demonstrated experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred
⢠Experience with telemedicine and virtual care delivery preferred
⢠Board certification or Board eligible preferred

$150 - $5,000 per month
