Collaborative Physician
In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) while supporting our mission to deliver high quality care across multiple states.
Description
Essential Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across multiple states
ā¢ Review and approve clinical protocols and practice guidelines
ā¢ Participate in regular chart reviews and quality assurance activities
ā¢ Ensure compliance with state-specific supervision requirements
ā¢ Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and care escalations
ā¢ Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical workflows
ā¢ Participate in provider education and professional development initiatives
ā¢ Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations and quality metrics
ā¢ Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ MD/DO with current, active licenses in multiple states (IMLC participation preferred)
ā¢ Active unrestricted licensed in one of the following states: GA, SC, CA, MS
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience required
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to work flexibly across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with digital health platforms
ā¢ Prior leadership roles in clinical operations
ā¢ Background in quality improvement initiatives
ā¢ Familiarity with MSO/PC models
ā¢ Experience developing clinical protocols
ā¢ Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare
ā¢ Demonstrated experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred
ā¢ Experience with telemedicine and virtual care delivery preferred
ā¢ Board certification or Board eligible preferred

$150 - $5,000 per month
