We offer a blend of evidence-based medicine and luxury care, with occasional compounded treatments including hair loss medications, B12 supplements, and peptides.
Weβre seeking a North Carolina-licensed physician (MD/DO) to serve as our Collaborating Physician in accordance with NC Board of Nursing requirements. This is a low-risk, low-touch opportunity for a provider who supports telehealth and wellness-based care.
Position Summary
You will sign the Collaborative Practice Agreement and perform a small volume of chart reviews monthly. There is no direct patient care, and you are not expected to write prescriptions β just provide oversight and consultation as needed.
Responsibilities
β’ Sign and maintain a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA)
β’ Review ~10% of patient charts monthly (per NC BON guidelines)
β’ Be available by phone/text for rare provider consultations
β’ Support documentation for wellness-based services such as:
β’ GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
β’ Nutritional supplements (e.g., B12 injections)
β’ Minor compounded prescriptions (e.g., topical hair loss treatments)
Requirements
β’ Active North Carolina MD or DO license in good standing
β’ No disciplinary history
β’ Willing to support wellness-based care via telehealth
β’ Ability to commit ~1 hour/month remotely

$200/month flat-rate stipend
