Cold Email Outreach Automation Specialist & Outbound Sales Development
We’re looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Automation Specialist & Outbound SDR to lead our cold outreach campaigns. In this role, you’ll identify target opportunities, research and connect with decision-makers, and drive high-quality outreach sequences to generate warm conversations for our clients.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. We prefer candidates who can work in EST or CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize cold email outreach strategies aligned with TopTalentHQ’s goals.
Scrape job boards and other sources to identify new job opportunities for our clients.
Research and identify hiring decision-makers and key contacts within target companies.
Craft compelling, personalized cold email copy and sequences to boost open, response, and conversion rates.
Manage and automate outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, SmartLead, Clay, Make, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Monitor, test, and refine email deliverability, subject lines, templates, and sending schedules.
Address deliverability issues and ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Provide ongoing weekly reporting on campaign performance, deliverability, response rates, and lead quality.
Collaborate with internal team members to continually improve workflows and outreach processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cold Email Outreach Specialist, Outbound SDR, Marketing Automation Specialist, or a similar role — preferably in B2B or recruiting/talent services.
Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on expertise with tools such as Apollo.io, SmartLead, Clay, Make, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong research skills to identify the right contacts and personalize outreach.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
