Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Cold Email & Lead Funnel Specialist to help us build and optimize a scalable outreach system. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead nurturing, automated email sequences, and conversion-focused email strategies. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to design and implement an outreach funnel from scratch.
What Youll Do
? Develop and implement an outreach funnel to systematically process 5,000+ leads
? Segment leads and design multi-touch email sequences for better engagement
? Optimize email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming) to ensure high inbox placement
? Create compelling cold email copy that drives engagement & conversion
? Set up and manage automation tools like Smartlead, Instantly, HubSpot, or Woodpecker
? Analyze open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics to continuously improve the funnel
? (Optional) Set up LinkedIn outreach & retargeting ads for a multichannel approach
Preferred Qualifications
?? Proven experience in cold email campaigns & B2B outreach
?? Strong understanding of lead nurturing funnels & automation
?? Experience with CRM & email automation tools
?? Ability to write engaging cold email sequences
?? Based in Europe (preferred but not required)
