About the role:Our US client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to complement their existing sales efforts. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through outbound cold calls, and scheduling in-person assessments for the sales team. You will be instrumental in expanding reach within the target markets.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls (approximately 200 calls per week) to prospective businesses. Target Audience Identification: Effectively identify and engage with key decision-makers, including Facility Managers, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, and Procurement Buyers.Initial Engagement: Uncover the prospect's existing setup and identify pain points.Appointment Setting: Arrange brief on-site assessments for prospects.Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of the service.
