This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an Early-Stage Start-up located in London. We are a team of 30+ members located across 6 different countries. You would be joining in a key stage of the Start-up & play a key role in its success. This is an opportunity for someone who likes to prove themself & climb the career ladder effectively at the same accelerated phase of the Start-up.

Imp Note: -

There is no salary in this role; Team members would receive the equity in the company based on your level of contribution. Every member of the team is expected to contribute a minimum of 2.5 hrs/day contributions. As a reward, team members will be receiving Company Shares in our funding round, Shares will be allocated in the funding round that will be closed between July - December of 2024. These allocated shares can be liquidated in the funding round that takes place before December 2025. Team members will get the benefit of increased share prices in 2025 at the time of liquidation. The allocated shares value will be calculated based on the number of hours the team member has contributed.

Equity Shares will be calculated based on (GBP) £5 & company shares will be allocated to team members in the funding round that will be closed between 01 July - 31 December of 2024. Shares will be allocated after closing the funding round.

We are looking out for a Sales Representative (Outbound calling)- you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our products and services, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team. You should be a self-starter, comfortable with rejection, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and meetings.
• Tailor sales pitches and presentations to align with the needs and interests of each prospective client.
• Performing company background research and collect other pertinent lead information.
• Research and identify potential clients (accounts) and key decision-makers for outbound sales.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and effectively communicate the value proposition of ROPTIA.
• Schedule appointments with attention to detail, determining when to book immediate meetings versus arranging follow-ups.
• Guide leads through the value of ROPTIA and the benefits of onboarding on ROPTIA.
• Transfer all leads to the reporting manager.

REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English - both written & verbal
• New Leads and Lead Generation skills
• Prior knowledge & campaign experience of 2 or more of the following - Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, or/and other marketing channels.
• Good research skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience in social selling & email marketing
