Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Website Agency (Remote)
Overview We are a website agency looking for a part-time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter. Your role is to contact small businesses, introduce our website services, and book appointments for our sales team. Scripts and lead lists are provided.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to small businesses from our lead list.
• Use a provided script to introduce our agency and services.
• Collect decision maker’s name, email, and best contact details.
• Set appointments for follow-up calls with our sales team.
• Keep a simple record of all calls and results.
• Familiar with google sheets.
Requirements
• Fluent English with a clear and confident voice.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners on the phone.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Available 5–20 hours per week (part-time).
