CoFounder and CTO for Healthtech AI Startup

We're now looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us at the ground floor. What You'll Do Technology leadership - Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy. Product development - Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise-ready SaaS product for hospitals. AI & automation - Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support. Integrations - Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs. Team building - Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in India and globally. Process & compliance - Build HIPAA/GDPR-ready infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security. Co-Founder role - Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market. ✅ What We're Looking For Hands-on full-stack engineering leader (7-10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech. Strong background in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture. Experience with EHR systems, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus. Entrepreneurial DNA - you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co-founder (bonus if you've been a founder before). Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment. Passion for solving real-world healthcare problems with technology.
