Requirements
No prior experience needed
Applicants should be 16 or older
Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory, with or without reasonable accommodations
Availability for flexible working times, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Adherence to store operational policies and standards, such as delivering quality beverages and food items, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
Engaging with and understanding our customers need, including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
Preparing food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, including changes in temperature, component quantities, or ingredient substitutions
Ability to handle various tasks within the store during each shift
Appropriate knowledge, experience, and abilities
Ability to understand and quickly execute both oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary
Possess strong interpersonal capabilities
Ability to function efficiently as part of a team
Ability to foster healthy relationships
