Project Coordinator – 3D Creative ServicesA growing 3D Creative Services team is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to manage project intake, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure project timelines and requirements are met. This role will oversee multiple projects, focusing on intake and room-building processes while ensuring high-quality deliverables for marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and track multiple projects across different pipelines, ensuring timely progress.Coordinate project hand-offs to external vendors, ensuring they have necessary information.Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and address potential delays.Maintain accurate records in Airtable, vendor portals, spreadsheets, and Teams.Submit and manage prop requests to support room-building efforts.Use internal tools to prepare rooms for development.Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows.Identify and resolve process or technology bottlenecks.Support quality control efforts to ensure deliverables meet project standards.Assist in developing new initiatives, providing operational support as needed.QualificationsAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, construction management, architecture, or a related field.Experience in project-based roles, such as internships, assistant, or administrative positions.Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet.Ability to interpret architectural plans, CAD drawings, site maps, and specifications.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless project execution within the 3D Creative Services pipeline.
