How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)Responsibilities will expand across the three terms, with increasing independence and scope:Assist with user research activities, including interviews, contextual observations, heuristic audits, and synthesis of findingsSupport workflow mapping, customer journey diagrams, service blueprints, and UI/UX evaluationsContribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like FigmaParticipate in collaborative design critiques, system audits, and cross-functional working sessionsDocument emerging design patterns, contribute to the evolving design system, and help define/document standardsShadow UX teams working on AI/ML integration and explore how predictive technologies can support human decision-makingCommunicate design intent through clear visual documentation, written summaries, and occasional presentationsStudents must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:Spring 2026 - 1st rotationFall 2026 - 2nd rotationSummer 2027 - 3rd rotationWhat you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters.
