About the position Responsibilities • Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, invitee identification, and more • Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms • Support team with creative mailers, from conceptualization through execution and reporting • Help with creator content briefs and liaise with cross-functional and external partners • Manage of influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs - inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center • Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty • Maintain all relevant databases/spreadsheets • Support team with ongoing administrative needs Requirements • Must be Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment • Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry, social media, influencers and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends Benefits • Paid full-time position • Hands-on experience in the beauty industry • Networking opportunities • Exposure to cross-functional teams Apply tot his job
