Our mission is to deliver tailor-made advisory, growth, and performance solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations of various sizes — empowering them to enhance leadership, communication, and operational excellence. About Me With more than a decade of experience as a Business Advisor, Consultant, Developer, Coach & Mentor, I specialize in: • Strategic growth and expansion initiatives • Leadership and organizational development • Performance optimization and change enablement • Analytical and solution-focused consulting approaches Every engagement is customized to generate measurable value and long-term improvement. Role Overview I am looking for a partner to support the following key activities: • Client Acquisition & Business Development • Branding, Marketing & SEO Strategy • European Market Partnerships & Outreach • Network Expansion & Opportunity Discovery Experience in marketing, digital presence, or sales strategy is a strong advantage. Compensation Structure This role is based initially on performance and contribution, with significant growth potential: • Compensation is commission-based at first • A percentage of revenue will be provided either monthly (as long as the client remains active) or per project, depending on the engagement model • As the company grows, a structured salary package will be introduced • Long-term incentives and equity options can be discussed based on performance and partnership alignment This is a true partnership role, designed for someone who wants to help build and scale the business and grow with it.
