Responsibilities
? Help guests or patients during the process of admissions, transfers, and discharges. Continuously assess each guest or patient to ensure that their personal care needs are being catered to based on their preferences and specified care plan.
? Frequently check care plans to verify if adjustments have been made to the daily care routine for the guest or patient.
Qualifications
? It is mandatory to obtain a certified nursing assistant (CNA) license before being recruited for this position.
? A current CPR certification and an active fingerprint clearance card are mandatory qualifications.
? Having prior experience as a CNA/LNA for at least six (6) months is advantageous.
? Existing participation in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or transitional rehabilitation facilities
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
