Description:
• Primary role: The main responsibility of the director is to execute on mission of Paladin Sports Outreach and the Paladin Club Motto which is: FAITH - To create an environment where the gospel of Jesus Christ can be shared.
• FAMILY - To take a team and turn them into a family that does life together.
• FUN - To continually have an atmosphere that is fun for the athletes.
• FIGHT - To develop the athlete’s skills at their respective sport.
• Continually work with the Paladin leadership to create an environment and experience that will help facilitate the growth and development of each team, coach, and athlete.
• Most important, we are a Christian based organization and we lead with our faith and ask you to do the same.
• Additional roles: To lead and disciple coaches.
• Point of contact for parents.
• Conflict resolution.
• To lead and assist with administrative duties to help support coaches and teams including tryouts, team formation, registration, uniforms, field reservations, tournament and league entry, finances, etc.

Requirements:
• Credentials related to your sport including preferred collegiate level experience as an athlete.
• Coaching experience is a plus at youth, club, high school, or collegiate level.
• Certifications displaying continued education in your sport or sports in general.
• Must adhere to the vision of and mission of Paladin Sports Outreach.
• Must demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation.
• Must display organization and communicative skills.
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure in game situations.
• Must be able to display a loving, caring and supportive attitude, while at the same time showing a level of discipline that training athletes need.
• Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
• Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion with regard to interpersonal relationships.
• Must have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
