Job Description Job Title: IT Cloud Support Specialist Location: Remote, United States Supporting: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) **Secret Security Clearance** Overview CompTech is seeking a qualified IT Cloud Support Specialist to support our customer the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering customer support services related to cloud-based application migration and the deployment of new cloud solutions. Scope of Work Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with customers to scope and plan cloud initiatives • Assist with the execution of cloud projects • Research, diagnose, and report technical issues • Consult with users to gather requirements and define solution needs • Develop business cases to support project decisions • Ensure adherence to information security and cybersecurity policies and best practices • Facilitate Change Management activities • Support configuration management processes • Provide cloud cost analysis support to assist with cloud hosting financial planning • Generate cloud planning estimates and forecast projected costs • Support the EH Office by reporting, consolidating, and validating data for cloud financial reporting requirements • Research and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize and reduce cloud costs Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Cloud Hosting Certifications: IA Level: IAT-II One of the following: • CCNA Security • CySA+ • GICSP • Security+ CE • SSCP • CASP+ CE • CCNP Security • CISA • CISSP (or Associate) • GCED And one of the following: • AWS Cloud Practitioner AWS Developer Associate § AWS Solutions Architect § AWS SysOps Administrator § AWS DevOps Engineer § AWS Solution Architect § AWS Advanced Networking § AWS Data, Analytics § • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Oracle Cloud Data Management Foundations § Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Foundations § Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Professional § Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional § Oracle Cloud Database Service Professional § Oracle Cloud Database Migration and Integration Professional § OCO Observation and Management Professional § Oracle Cloud Platform Enterprise Analytics Professional Page 29 of 123 JETS 2.0 RFQ # SP4709-26-Q-3003 DLA Managed Cloud Support Services § • Azure Fundamentals Azure Development Associate § Azure for SAP Workloads § Azure AI Engineer § Azure Administrator Associate § Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Google Cloud Platform Cloud Engineer § Google Cloud Platform Cloud Architect Security Clearance Requirements: Secret ** Must have ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this role** Salary: $95k - $105k + Benefits, PTO, 401k Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
