Automate IT Operations: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations, including system provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
Automate key processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience.
Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML-powered solutions to streamline internal processes, improve team efficiency, and foster a positive employee experience for both internal customers and teams.
Automate workflows and processes within Slack using scripting languages and other tools
Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practices in a cloud-first strategy and distributed workforce.
Participate in on-call rotations to lead responses to critical incidents, working collaboratively with other teams to expedite resolution.
What we are looking for:
At least 3-4 years’ experience as an Cloud & SaaS Automation Specialist/Engineer or similar role,
Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) and automation tools like Workato, Boomi, Power Automate, Zappier, etc.
Experience with API integrations, including creating and utilizing comprehensive documentation such as reference guides, tutorials, code samples, and troubleshooting guides.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.
Experience supporting and administering common IT systems, including SaaS applications (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow), hardware (Apple, Windows), and mobile phones and devices.
Experience with AI tools and machine learning.
Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across all cloud services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Experience deploying solutions and security policies with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Automation Runbooks or other scripting languages for automating administrative tasks.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing conditional access controls and defining and enforcing compliance policies to ensure the security and governance of the Azure environment.
The following certifications are a plus:
Slack Certified Administrator
Slack Certified Developer
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Google Cloud Certified - Associate
