Cloud Partner Sales Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to bring your technical knowledge and relationship skills to build and grow strong partnerships for Coder.What you’ll do hereDevelop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both our cloud partners and CoderCultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, product/engineering, etc.)Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagementMaintain deal registrations and records in partner marketplaces and portalsAct as the key liaison for partner sales and pre-sales teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales2-3 years of experience at AWS or GCP in partner development/sales OR 2-3 years experience managing cloud partnerships for a Series B+ startupYou possess a quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnershipsDeep understanding of complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levelsStrong work ethic and has moved fast and been successful in a startup environmentYou are coachable, and can also coach members of the teamWillingness to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zoneYou are constantly looking for ways to add value to CoderOur tech stackBackend: Go, Postgres, GCP, Kubernetes, gRPCFrontend: Typescript, React, ViteIDE Extensions: Typescript, KotlinObservability: Prometheus, GrafanaCI/CD: GitHub ActionsGeneral: GitHub, Slack, Discord, NotionBonus tacos if you have(Tacos?
