Title: Cloud Lead Job Type: FT(Remote) Location: Des Moines,IA Interview: WebCam Interview Only American Technology Consulting (ATC ) is seeking a remote Cloud Lead to join our corporate IT department. This is a virtual remote position and can be located near any of our major US locations. Role: Seasoned Cloud Lead Certification is preferred Job titles associated with this role: Cloud Architect or Cloud lead or Cloud Technical Lead Mandatory Requirement: ● 6+Years of experience in application and infrastructure architecture/development on On-prem and various cloud environments. ● Experience with workload migration and cloud native green field initiatives. ● understanding of Cloud Native Design Patterns & Services including micro-services, docker, kubernetes etc. ● Experience in RDBMS, NoSQL and Big-data reference architectures. ● Should have experience with at least 1 or 2 public cloud vendors eco-system and services. - AWS, GCP (or) Azure services. ● Experience with Infra automation using chef, puppet and ci/cd tool kit with Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI ● Must be between intermediate and expert w.r.t Linux/Windows. ● Knowledge of Network, Storage and Security ecosystems ● Knowledge of Cloud scale APM and Monitoring Tools such as ELK ,Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Appdynamics ● Flexible, continuous learner and knowledge sharer, enthusiastic, personable self-starter, works well in team environment, appreciates challenge, comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving ● AWS Solution Architect – Professional, Azure Solution Architect or Implementation, Google Cloud Architect – Professional or associate level What we are looking for in you: ● Work with Cloud Practice office to provide technical solutions and delivery ● Coach and Manage a team of Cloud engineers Initial: Job Description: ● Drive technical discussions and explain ATC solutions and product options to meet customer needs ● Prepare technical proposals and work on sizing and estimation ● Drive thought leadership and support evangelization activities working with Sales ● Responsible for Executing the Tools PoC on Cloud ● Ability to provide holistic and right scale cloud solutions that addresses scalability, availability, service continuity (DR), performance and security requirements ATC’s Mission: ATC’s mission is to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems using technology and design.
