Office amenities include a fitness center, cafe, and recreational facilities.Learn more at betsol.comJob Description:Core Responsibilities (High Level)Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeOperate and support Kubernetes clusters in production environmentsBuild and maintain GitOps-based deployment and configuration workflowsSupport cloud database platforms and platform services in productionContribute to environment setup, upgrades, migrations, and reliability initiativesDevelop automation and tooling to improve operational efficiencyTroubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues across environmentsCollaborate with Cloud Operations and Engineering teams to ensure stable, scalable systems Required Skills & Experience4+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud / Platform / SRE / DevOps engineeringStrong hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes (operations, troubleshooting, upgrades, networking, storage)Strong experience with MySQL in production environmentsVery good hands-on expertise with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux, or similar)Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.)Solid understanding of:CI/CD pipelinesCloud networking and security fundamentalsMonitoring and logging systemsHigh availability and reliability conceptsPreferred / Plus SkillsExperience with MariaDBExperience operating Kafka in production environmentsExperience with multi-region or large-scale cloud platformsExposure to zero-downtime upgrades and platform migrationsQualifications:B.E./ ME (CS/EE) / MCA/Graduate or equivalent higher-level degreeAdditional Information:Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging abilityComfortable working in production environmentsGood communication and collaboration skillsOwnership mindset and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote, distributed teamWork RequirementsMust support US East time zone
