• Maintain detailed environment documentation, change logs, and knowledge base articles for all assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and NOC teams to deliver excellent, consistent support for all managed cloud services customers.
• Stay current with new cloud services, features, and best practices; contribute to service improvements and process optimization.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as required.

Requirements

• Experience with configuration, monitoring, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise), ticketing systems, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time while supporting multiple clients and projects.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), TIC 3.0, and security controls
• Exposure to AI/ML tooling within AWS or Azure (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Azure OpenAI)
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, and automation tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) is advantageous.
