We are looking for a Cloud Data Architect with experience in Databricks to join this enthusiastic team of professionals on their adventures, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong curiosity. The candidate must have strong skills in CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Azure architecture, and Databricks (commercial experience – this is important) Additional details below: 1. Cloud Technologies (Azure) In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment, including: Azure Infrastructure (data-related components) Networking and Authorization in Azure Managing and designing cloud infrastructure 2. Data Platforms and Tools Knowledge and experience with data platforms: Azure Synapse (especially Synapse Serverless and Synapse Pipelines) Databricks (including DLT Pipelines, Workflows, and Administration) Data Lakehouse and its architecture Concepts like the Medallion Architecture and Metadata-Driven ETL 3. Programming Languages and Data Processing Technologies Python – programming and code optimization Apache Spark – design and development of data processing SQL – creatihng and optimizing queries, database management Experience with SQL Server and its integration with cloud services 4. ETL / ELT Processes and Data Architecture Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL / ELT processes Understanding of best practices in data warehouse design Ability to manage large datasets using the Data Lakehouse approach 5. Integration, Automation, and Optimization Creating and deploying CI/CD processes for Synapse, Databricks, and other services Optimizing code and data processing workflows Implementing logging and monitoring solutions for processes and applications 6. Data Analytics and Visualization Tools Proficiency in using Power BI and creating reports on analytics platforms 7. Technical and Project Skills Designing scalable solutions and data platforms Applying best coding practices in software engineering Very good knowledge of GIT and branching strategies in Azure DevOps 8. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to document projects and share knowledge (technical documentation, presentations) Mentoring and training team members – supporting others in their development 9. Leadership Experience Experience as a Lead Engineer Managing a project team and leading projects from a technical perspective Collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver appropriate technology solutions About Future Processing Culture Their distinguishing feature.
