Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact Guest Service Excellence: Create custom frozen‑dessert creations, operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently, and provide friendly, knowledgeable checkout experiences. Closing Operations: Execute closing checklists with precision—cash reconciliation, equipment shut‑down, sanitation cycles, and inventory counts. Team Leadership & Training: Coach and mentor associate staff on product knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols; deliver on‑the‑spot training during the shift. Performance Communication: Provide concise progress updates to the Store Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and staffing needs. Policy Enforcement: Ensure all team members adhere to Flexzenith policies, including dress code, attendance, and food‑safety regulations. Employee Development: Identify performance gaps, create Improvement Plans, and follow up to track growth. Sanitation & Food Safety: Oversee cleaning schedules, verify proper storage temperatures, and maintain compliance with local health department standards. Shift Coverage & Flexibility: Assist with opening or mid‑shift duties when needed and cover additional shifts to support the team. Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1‑2 years supervisory or managerial experience in a fast‑paced retail or food‑service environment. Demonstrated ability to work closing shifts (5 PM–closing) and flexibility for weekend schedules; opening availability is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, honest, and team‑oriented attitude. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Eligibility to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED; additional education in hospitality or management is desirable. Preferred Experience & Attributes Experience in frozen‑dessert or similar quick‑serve food concepts.
