Handle pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls from people who are already interested. Work evenings and weekends (rotating 3-week schedule—you'll work 2 out of every 3 weekends). What You'll Earn: $36,000 base salary + uncapped commissions. Our current Directors consistently earn $100K-$150K+. Top performers exceed $129K annually. Add just 2 more live-transfer calls per day and you could increase your annual income by $12K-$18K. What You'll Need: 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. Proven track record closing $3K+ programs. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce). Employment stability (3 or fewer jobs in the past 5 years). Self-motivated, coachable, and ethical.
