CLO Compliance Services Sr. Analyst
S&P Global is seeking a CLO Compliance Services Sr. Analyst to join their Compliance Services team, which partners with investment management clients to ensure regulatory excellence. The role involves generating and managing deliverables for clients, performing reconciliations, and serving as a subject matter expert while leading special projects to enhance client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage daily deliverables for capital management firm clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of compliance servicesPerform routine reconciliation of key data points with trustees and generate compliance test results for comparison to monthly trustee reports, researching and resolving variancesMonitor cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts to ensure proper processing of all activities and transactionsBe the Subject Matter Expert on the teamManage client inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions, facilitating workflow and timely resolution between internal groupsPartner directly with Service Delivery Managers and Account Specialists to drive client-focused solutions and enhance client satisfactionLead special projects that provide exposure to various aspects of the compliance services business and opportunities for professional developmentSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institutionUnderstanding of CLO portfolio management including overcollateralization tests, coverage ratios, and the impact of par value fluctuations on deal performance1-3 years of experience in financial services, compliance, or analytical roles with demonstrated attention to detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management, with ability to perform complex data analysis and reconciliationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholdersAbility to work in a hybrid schedule 2x's a week in the Andover, MA officeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research and resolve complex data discrepanciesExperience with par value calculations, loan pricing methodologies, and mark-to-market valuations in leveraged loan portfoliosKnowledge of leveraged loan market mechanics, including syndication processes, covenant structures, and credit agreement termsFamiliarity with loan trading platforms and pricing services for leveraged loan valuationsBenefitsAnnual incentive planAdditional S&P Global benefitsCompany OverviewS&P Global is a market intelligence company that provides financial information and data analytics services.
