Clinical Support Specialist - Hybrid Role

We offer a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage nurse schedules to ensure optimal staffing for full-time, part-time, and agency nurses.
Communicate critical patient treatment changes and nursing orders to the appropriate clinical staff.
Coordinate patient onboarding with CoraM nurses and home care organizations.
Work a flexible schedule (8 am to 5 pm CST) with availability for weekend and evening on-call support.
Cover four service areas: Alright/AR/LA and Dallas.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of one year of healthcare industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Strong critical thinking and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Two years of healthcare experience.
Four years of direct patient care experience.
Familiarity with clinical terminology.
