Clinical Solutions Lead – Radiology
Job Description On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Clinical Solutions Lead to drive solution design for Radiology workflows within an Oracle Health (Cerner) environment. This role will focus on imaging workflows and integration with diagnostic systems. Responsibilities • Lead clinical design workshops with radiologists, technologists, and operational stakeholders • Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain • Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across imaging teams • Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles • Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation • Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows • Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domain Domain-Specific Focus (Radiology) • Design workflows supporting imaging orders, scheduling, acquisition, interpretation, and reporting • Integrate workflows with PACS systems and radiologist tools • Optimize reporting workflows, including dictation and results distribution • Support high-volume imaging environments with a focus on efficiency and turnaround times • Ensure seamless integration with referring providers and downstream clinical workflows Qualifications • 5+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience • Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full EHR/HIS/CIS implementations • Experience supporting Radiology or imaging workflows • Strong understanding of PACS integration and radiology operations • Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops with radiologists and imaging teams • Strong communication and facilitation skills Location • Remote with travel (approximately 1 week per month onsite) • Full-time (1.0 FTE) Affinity Earn Know someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
