• Deliver traumatic incident stress management services to employees experiencing workplace trauma.

• Receive day-to-day guidance from the Employee Services Program.

• Document relevant experience and education in applications for accurate screening.

Requirements
• Possession of a master's degree in social work.

• For Clinical Social Worker 9: No specific type or amount of experience required.
,
• For Clinical Social Worker 10: One year of professional experience in a clinical setting equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 9.
,
• For Clinical Social Worker P11: Two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, including one year equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 10.
,
• For Clinical Social Worker 12: Three years of professional experience in a clinical setting, including one year equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker P11.
,
• State of Michigan Master Social Worker Limited License is required.

• Experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is desirable.

Nice-to-haves
• Certificate in Critical Incident Stress Management: Group Crisis Intervention and Advanced is desirable.

• Two years of experience in an EAP setting for Clinical Social Worker 12 level.
